Daaaaamn--I got some catching up to do. I barely just purchased my first Digital SLR. Should be here in about a week or two. It's a Canon 350D (NOVICE, I am). Thinking about picking up a D7000 after my two week vacation.

uh honestly i would have never upgraded if my wife didnt want ti so bad. i actually love the 1.8 because it was cheap therefore i didnt worry about it as much. but there is a significant difference imo. i didnt think there would be but at 1.4 its simply amazing. i mean i dont shoot that open. but its alot clearer and pictures come out cleaner. that just what i noticed.
