size and offset

i have a 2000 accord that i want flush. i want to run 18 or 19s racing hart 2 pcs wheels. mosting 19s. what offset should i get that will on my car. p.s. it a sedan 4 banger? please help get flushed?

i would say 18x9 in the front with +20 and 18x9.5 in the back with +20. Post picture of your car.
