First off I'm New here so I'd like to introduce myself My names Josh Barrette my friends call me Barrette. I work full time as a Paramedic and I run my own shop with few friends of mine Call Masswerks Autohaus also known as MWautohaus. We specialize in Air ride and Suspension for European cars but have bagged pretty much everything we can get our hands on. This is my own Personal build. My daily is a bagged 04 VW Jetta Gli VR few Pictures below. This build is not about my daily.



About 5 months ago I placed my order for a 2012 Candy white Golf R. Last Thursday I finally got the phone call and picked it up last night.



The build will start on Wednesday. Kw V2 Coilovers. Whiteline Sway bars and antilift kit. Also a KN CAI Forge DV Kit , APR FMIC EVOMS turbo heat shield and engine cover also a few other dress up parts that are waiting to be installed. I have a CTS Turbo Manifold and a new turbo on order more details about that later on.

Nice...I am partial to rising blue, but thats just me haha...looks like an interesting build...who do you plan on using for tuning?

I'm going with unitronic

We installed the V2's on Wednesday I am very happy with the ride but we have the coils set to its lowest setting and I still have about a finger and a half of wheel gap. I am most likely switching to H&R Ultra lows latter on in the season.

yeah kw's aren't known for their low on this platform...B&G's might be a decent set up, lots of adjustability and more low than you ever need(static of course)
