i guess Town Fair in seabrook is pretty low-friendly. glens in somersworth used to be the place to go but they closed recently.

ive gone to town fair tire in newington, but they broke my tire rod when doing my alignment so that was a HUGE hassle.
then after they fixed my car i went to the other town fair tire in somersworth which a couple of the guys drive a evo and a 3000gt so i might go there since its mod car friendly. its just expensive to get alignments so often. i wish they offered a lifetime alignment
